Terms of Service — Recently Followed Browser Extension
These terms apply to the Recently Followed browser extension (the "Extension"), operated by Oxynlabs for recently-followed.com. By installing or using the Extension, or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. What the Extension does
The Extension shows the accounts an Instagram profile followed most recently, newest first: for public profiles from publicly available data, and for private profiles you follow from your own Instagram session, from the moment you start tracking them. It cannot show follows from before the latest list Instagram makes available, and we don't guarantee that every follow is caught or that data is always available.
2. Acceptable use
- Personal, non-commercial use only.
- Don't use the Extension to harass, stalk, threaten or violate anyone's privacy.
- No reverse engineering, scraping our API, reselling access, or attempts to disrupt our systems.
- You're responsible for your own Instagram account and for following Instagram's terms.
3. Plans and billing
Some features need a paid plan, billed weekly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change prices; changes are shown in advance and apply from your next billing period.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Extension (Settings → Manage plan) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. See the Refund Policy.
6. No affiliation
The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
7. Liability
The Extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Extension or these terms; changes get a new effective date here. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms. You can stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
