These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gloé mobile application (“Application”), operated by Oxynlabs (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Application
Gloé provides AI-powered beauty transformation previews based on photos you voluntarily upload. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Gloé
- You may not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Application
- You may not attempt to extract source code or create derivative versions
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Gloé remains the exclusive property of Youcef Hanaia. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. User Photos and Content
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image. Photos are processed to generate transformations as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not claim ownership over your content.
4. Temporary Image Storage
Photos uploaded to Gloé are stored temporarily on secure servers for processing purposes and are automatically deleted shortly after. Users may also delete all stored data at any time from the app settings.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on trusted third-party services for payments, analytics, crash reporting, and AI processing infrastructure.
6. Internet and Data Usage
Some features of Gloé require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for issues caused by lack of connectivity or data limits.
7. Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting may compromise the Application.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gloé is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oxynlabs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Gloé.
10. Updates and Termination
We may update or discontinue the Application at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
Continued use of Gloé after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
