Gloé processes user photos to generate makeup, non-surgical, and surgical transformation previews using AI. Original photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days of upload. AI-generated transformation results are retained until the user chooses to delete them.

3. Image Processing & Storage

1. Your photo is encrypted and transmitted to our secure servers via 256-bit SSL/TLS

3. The AI-generated result is sent back to your device
4. The original photo is automatically deleted within 7 days of upload
5. AI-generated transformation previews are kept until you delete them

Users can manually delete their transformation results at any time from the app settings, or by contacting us at contact@oxynlabs.com.

4. Face Data Collection, Use, and Retention

Gloé processes facial features visible in uploaded photos strictly to generate transformation previews. No biometric identifiers, facial geometry maps, face templates, or faceprints are extracted or stored.

What we collect

• Visible facial features in the uploaded photo (used solely for transformation generation)
• Facial harmony scores and metric results displayed to the user

How we use it

• To generate makeup, non-surgical, and surgical AI transformation previews
• To compute facial harmony and aesthetic metric scores shown in the app
• Never used for identification, authentication, or advertising
• Never used to train AI models

Retention

• Original photos and associated face data: automatically deleted within 7 days of upload
• AI-generated transformation results: retained until deleted by the user
• Face data is never stored in backups, long-term databases, or archives
• Face data is never shared with third parties for any purpose other than processing your requested transformation

Third-party processing
